I'm going to say no because an FR-S and a tC are two different cars with different exhaust mounting points and a different layout.
To really fit an FR-S Exhaust on a tC you would need it custom fabricated. If I am wrong by any chance, please correct me.

No it will not bolt on but if you can get your hands on a '16 RS exhaust it will bolt on and all you'll be left with is needing to do a bumper cutout. IMO though dual exit on a 4-cylinder is kinda tacky.
