Looking to get a header and see that there are 2 available options

Dezod and Weapon R

Already have a TRD exhaust and there is a good price difference between the 2 so wanted to get others thoughts. The only thing I don't want is a ricey/coffee can sound (if that plays any part in the decision making).

I have heard videos of both the Dezod and weapon r with TRD exhaust & the weapon r sounds more raspy & the Dezod sounds deeper more throaty (which I prefer), but haven't been able to find a lot of videos of each.

Yeah. Dezod. Plus you won't throw a CEL since they have a high flow cat which also minimizes the rasp.

You may have seen my video on YouTube with the Dezod header and TRD axle back. I am pretty sure I am the only one with that combination.

Definitely DEEEEP...and zero rasp. It drones a bit around 2500 rpm under load, but otherwise is super pleasing to the ears...especially with the windows down.

The Weapon-R is garbage (they call it the Weapon-Rasp for a reason).

 

Hard for me to make summer plans that don't involve a bicycle... Especially this far in advance! That's my neck of the woods though so chances are good.
