Smile MTech Shift Spring tC2..

I am writing a review on Mtech Industries shift spring for the tC2. I noticed that when changing gears the shifter was rough. I contacted Mike about his shift spring that was featured on the scion challenge teal tc2. He was really helpful with installation and it only took about 10 min to install. All you need is a 10mm hex key and the bolt that you take off is located right next to the shifting cables. A magnet is helpful for removing the spring but for me the spring popped out. You just drop the Mtech Spring in and bolt it back up. Right away I noticed a smoother and also had no difficulty in changing gears. I definitely recommend this if you want to have a better shift feel.

Is the spring just lighter which has less resistance?
