Default My 2014 tC won't Start after removing fuses..

A couple days ago I tried installing some LED light strips in my 2014 tC. In order to do that I removed some 10A fuses to see what work. Now my car won't start all it does is make a buzzing sound from some random part (I'll post a picture of it).
Also when I turn the key to start the car not only does it make that buzzing noise but the radio and cigarette lighter port both lose power. I'm sure that I messed up the computer or that part since the throttle body wasn't letting air in. I already checked all the fuses and nothing is wrong.

Side Note: I didn't disconnect the battery when I was doing this.
Please help me.

For the picture:
1) Is the part I don't know what it is or does?
2) Is the Air Intake?
3) Is the Engine?
