Patience is a virtue I would rather have them work the kinks out than rush this product

 

I would rather they keep in contact with the first 25 people to own and be free advertising for there product. Image is everything. I'm patient. But when I have 130$ in some guys pocket I'd like to know what's happening with my money. I work hard for my Money 130$ is a decent chunk of change. All I ask is communication. I've been patient. Ill be calling tomorrow morning.

i think the group buy people should get something else now...

how about one of those NST girls? lol. but really...once it finally gets shipped our throw in a shirt/lanyard or something and it'll help ease peoples mind on the super lateness/lack of communication

 

Yah I would like something. I would like to think that they will include something else with the pulley. Or maybe like a limited edition on the pulley would be cool.

i would pass on any limited edition numbering.....the color thing is blah too since its not like anyone will be able to see it onces its installed

unless of course you choose to install it as a decco hanging from the rear view

that's why i'd like stuff in addition...just to make me feel better about the delay

i'm sure 25 shirts, lanyards, stickers, etc is nothing to them.....i get swag like that all the time from sponsors or just when i visit companies that are not my sponsors

 

to put the delay in perspective tho, NST is definitely not the only company that has pushed back the product w/out much explanation. K-sport was supposed to release control pro in Nov, theyve been taking pre-orders for months as well, and nobody really knows what the hold up is. P-Tuning was supposed to have their turbo kit up well before now, and some manu's like Greddy have all but scrapped coils and turbos that they were advertising last summer.....be glad you only put out $130 up front instead of $981 or $4,000. I'm not hating on any of the companies above...i'm still gonna buy their stuff, but don't act like NST is fleecing the world here.

but in this thread...NST is the only one that matters

also it was NST who came to us with a group buy proposal and a promise....which has so far not shown up

IMO, and I could be wrong...
but group buys from the company hold a different value, a tighter connection/promise to the consumer than a pre-order, which is basically just saying...here is the money now that I was going to use to pay for it later.
and as far as company scrapping products...that is all part of the r&d stages (we've discussed this before S. lol)

so in conclusion...the reason why pitch forks are ready for NST and not KSport...is because it was a "special group guy" that is loosing its specialness

 

^^ok...I'll give you what's above, ur explanation raises a good point. It's just annoying when peeps cry about the delay because of the delay. I can dig what your saying...for me personally I just prefer to smile about it so that NST will make more parts. Even if its their fault...they can still decide not to deal w/tc2s. As far as the communication...i can understand the manu's position, its a fine line between keeping the customers informed and inducing panic or creating doubt about a product that just needed a little tweaking....I dunno I've thought of it 30 diff ways.

Sorry I am crying, but when somebody makes a promise time and time again and does not meet those promises time and time again there is an issue. I have been more than patients. All anybody wants is communication. And I am defiantly not out of line to want to know what is going on

I was told either Wednesday or Thursday not sure if that's next week or this my phone signal was crappy. And As he said in his last post they are still in the final stage

 

Good news ladies and gents. The pulleys are 100% finished and ready, as of today.

We will begin the paper work tonight and everyone can expect to receive USPS Priority Mail tracking numbers by this time tomorrow. You can expect to receive a package Friday or Saturday. This goes for anyone who was a member of the group buy, or anyone who placed a pre-order since the close of the group buy.

Keep an eye out for small extras in your packages as an extra thank you
