Hey guys, I have a TRD axelback exhaust but in my opinion its not loud enough. I like how its pretty deep in tone, but just not at that volume. So I was thinking of changing out the resonator to a smaller one. I know theres a resonator next to the 2nd CAT underneath the car on the midpipe. Anyone happen to know our car's pipe size? 2"? 2.25? 2.5? And anyone know the our sizing and diameter for our resonator?

Also if you have changed it, was it a LOT louder? Does it rasp or drone?

Why not just get a Dezod V2 Green header? Loader & more performance.

 

If I were you I would order a Tsudo or Megan mid pipe. They are both pretty cheap and there are a lot of videos around so you can hear what it sounds like

 

Because he/she obviously doesn't want to spend a lot of money, otherwise the question would have been another what's the best exhaust?

 

I didn't think Tsudo made just mid pipes, do they?

 

i believe it is 2 1/2..

get one at the muffler shop, they are like 20-30 bucks, depending where you go..

 

i'm sorry, i thought this was for the TC1. I know they do for TC1. Not so sure about TC2 but you should look into it.

LOL thanks guys. yea. that is kinda the purpose of this thread. cause i dont know the piping size and the resonator size.. and i dont wanna do header cause Californias got ___ rules about that. I dont wanna NOT be able to pass emission or SMOG every other year.
