Default Which spark plugs?

Hi Guys,
I am looking to change my spark plugs and came across so many from this site:

http://www.rockauto.com/m/mobilecata...t540gq1us9vkt6

I have checked the forums and came up with the NGK (4469) LFR5AIX-11 Iridium IX Spark Plugs, which sound pretty good. Just want to make sure I didn't stumble into the wrong forum that recommended these and they turn out to be for turbo applications (I saw that these are offered in 1 step colder for 75-100 hp above stock)

All I have is a header, SRI, TRD and pulley so I doubt there is much there in terms of horsepower and just want to go with the most recommended plugs.

I also notice my car drops down to around 500 rpm every once and a while at stop lights in neutral. I am hoping better plugs will stop this.

Thanks

Unless you're at 100k or anywhere near there, changing the plugs won't do anything. You already have iridiums from factory, so if you really want to replace the plugs just go with stock replacements.

I'm at 70k, but had heard some people changing them around 50 or 60k. If you say it won't do anything until I'm near 100, then I might as well wait. I just wasn't sure if that stutter when idling could be caused by old plugs.

I am at 39k and I too get that studder you're referring too. I personally would wait till you're at 100k before doing the plugs. Unless you're experiencing a misfire or decreased fuel mileage, I wouldn't worry about them.
