Updates from their website. Prices are up but have no idea if they're available yet.

Medallion Touring (Much like the TRD Muffler):

Concept G:

Prices are up but no update on availability of Strut Tower Brace and Underbrace.

Interesting! I like how our exhaust options keep growing. I had a universal Tanabe muffler on my corolla, it was loud and deep, but sounded nice. I'm sure both of these exhausts sound nice. Though, it looks like the tips of both run more far out to the left, but kind of hard to tell how it looks without straight shots of the back of the TC.

Here is some videos from Tanabe.

--Also MengMotorsports has these two exhausts up on their website for sale. 480$ for the Medallion and 500$ for the Concept G. Not sure if that's a preorder or not.

Anyone else notice that they said it is a 2010....lol. Kind of makes me wonder, did they just bend the pipes to the other side to make it work for 2011+?

Furthermore, if they did a dyno, why don’t they show the sheet? I know it’s not going to offer much, but showing it on a dyno run sparks my curiosity.

i can tell you right now, the only only thing used that shares between the the gen1 and gen2 is the muffler and/or tip but that is kind of given. Gen 2 guys, is these exhausts sound anything like they do on the Tc1...BUY THEM. They are the best built and sounding exhausts for the Tc1 IMO

+1 for these exhausts. Tanabe exhausts are made to really strict standards and we are proud to offer their products. Thanks for the shoutout Jay. We are expecting a crate of these exhaust to come on hand, but they are definitely available from Tanabe. We should have a few sets available soon though.

I'm expecting this exhaust to be a bit more deep compared to the TC1 mainly due to the fact that the muffler on the actual axleback is more compact. The OE exhaust on the TC2 sounds deeper than the OE on the TC1 to begin with as well, in my opinion =].

The tc2 concept G in particular has a premuffler while on the TC1 the concept G design was a straight through with just the muffler canister. With that in mind, we are definitely looking forward to receiving our crate and hearing what other customers have to say.

I dont understand how its worth it, it's still using the restrictive stock piping with crazy bends

Which Tanabe sounds like the HKS alexback? The Medalion or Concept G? I assume the Concept G will sound louder?

I'm in the market, but now can't decide between this, HKS or Injen?? I'm looking for alexback only.

Has anyone picked up one of these yet? I'm looking for something just a bit more noticeable than the TRD. Website says 93db. Not sure how that compares to stock or TRD. And the video is tough to draw a conclusion. I would rather see a drive by or clip with some engine load instead of Neutral Revving. Some fellow reviews would be great as well.
