Are tc1 and tc2 flywheels interchangeable?
I'm going to be having a stage 1 clutch put into my 2011 and decided that a slightly lighter flywheel would be a good idea.
Now, here's my question. I am seeing that there are very few flywheels listed for the tc2. One of the things I have noticed is that ACT and ClutchMasters both list the same part numbers for the tc1 and tc2. Are these flywheels interchangeable?
The one I found that I am interested in (not too light, 4140 steel, not cast, etc) is listed for the tc2 on ProImportTuners.com, but the tc2 fitment is not listed on the manufacturer's web site.

Since there were not any definitive answers about this, I bit the bullet and ordered the flywheel listed for the 05-10 tC from Competition Clutch.
I can confirm that it fits while using a clutch kit for the 11+ tC. Case closed.

Good to know, I too was looking at one for the future. I knew the overall diameter of the flywheel(s) were the same, but was unsure on the bolt pattern and maybe the friction surfaces would not line up. the 2.4L engine isn't much different from ours so I figured it would fit, but not knowing for sure, I didn't want to say anything.
Thanks for being the guiney pig on this one. Glad it worked out.

Surprisingly enough, the flywheel I ordered, 2-725-ST, fits Toyotas all the way back to 1988. It was even a match for the 3SGTE on my MR2.
I ended up ordering it from eBay since the price there was a bit better:
