What does Garage is empty, Add now mean?

Hey guys. I'm new to the forum. I have a '13 auto and I'm wondering if there is a back up tuner or a way to tune my car to where I can shift gears in the "semi-auto" mode when I want outside of the rpm limits. Sorry for the wording but I don't know how else to word it! If you guys have done it or know a way to do it please help! I want to have full control of my car! Thanks

 

Orange virus tuning has a flash tuner that changes the auto shifting. Im thinking about getting it myself.
