edited... sorry, most people who are really really really poor get upset when something decent is suggested like this. So I understand and pity you. Maybe your life will get better but you'll need to change that bad attitude first. If somebody is whining about how oh gosh darn expensive something of quality is, then they'll never understand.

It really all depends on what you want right? If speed isall one cares about. Of course just go for the fastest car possible. Go $40K-$60Kout and you will have a couple decent options. Hell, just lease a fast car anddrive the crap out of it.

However, there is just something about modding your own car.Sure a TC will be slower than a Corvette but a moded TC, turboed and some exteriorcustomizations just feels more unique and special. So it all comes down topersonal preference. It looks like the OP is someone who cares more aboutmaking a unique car than drive a stock speedster which is completelyunderstandable.
