Default AEM FIC problems

ennybody here familiar with the aem fic?
I post on this forum couse they are meny scion with forced induction

I have installed a aem fic on my corolla dual vvti 1zrfe (2zrfe),
every single wire are correct connected. but when the fic is cinnected and controling the sensors i get 2 codes, I can just turn ignition on and the cel lights up without starting the engine
p0343 = camshaft position sensor "a" circuit high input (bank 1 or sigle sensor)
p0368 = camshaft position sensor "b" circuit high input (bank 1)

when diconecting the fic and starting the engine with the bypass harness the codes are gone.
the trouble code chart says it could be a open ore short circuit, but it isnt that because if there is a open ore short it should be codes even with the bypass. Im shore its something with the fic becaouse its only when running with the fic.

maybe grounded wrong ore something
please help

you need to add a resistor to those 2 wires on the FiC harness. you can use the search function and search for it. we do it in the 1st gen section dunno about the 2nd gen guys

i had a similiar issue with my fic 6, it totally went out on me after about 3 months i went for a 50 mile drive and let her cool off and when i turned off my car i couldnt turn it back on, had to take it to aem to get fixed then it had to be retuned, also it threw a few codes i think it was p103 and p103pd.... even though there werent any issues it was throwing false codes

The TC1 resistor mod won't help at all. Reducing the FIC input signal has no affect on the output signal. You need to call AEM tech support or find a compatible piggyback.

when u turn the key on withput starting the engine of course u gonna see check engine light but when u start the car it should go away if you dont have any problem in the engine ... if you have any check engine should stay on ... and add some resistors to your fic cables
