Default Dezod turbo and 3" Install

Does anyone have any tips for installing Dezod's turbo kit and 3" exhaust? I should get it in within the next week or so.

It's really not that hard. Hardest part of the entire install is pan removal and tap AND hot side IC pipes.

Hahah no worries, my best buddy is a Toyota mechanic and im an EE so should knock it out pretty quickly. We already did full coils and sways so this should be much easier. Thanks for that link paul, gives me some reading before the kit gets in.

That's awesome. Having a friend like that is a huge benefit. You will definitely be fine. It's just nuts and bolts! And a few lines here and there.

So what oil is everyone running? I'm currently running 5w-30 to knock down the valvetrain noise under high load but should I run something more viscous while boosted? Also I thought I remember Paul mentioning somewhere that the stock plugs are fine, The cars got 60k on it and I want to replace the plugs anyway so what should I put in?

5w30 is good for this application.

Put in NGK Iridiums.

I'm assuming the IX not the lasers? The IX are the high performance ones but half the life. And thanks Paul for the weighs! You might want to put that in your install guide. It just says "oil" lol.....
