Default Exhaust help!

Alright guys I need some help. I'm going to finally start doing stuff to my TC2. I've got a Weapon R cold air intake on the way and I'm wanting to put headers and an exhaust on. The exhaust I really like is the Greddy Evo 3 and I planned on Weapon R headers but I'm afraid that if I get the Weapon R headers the CEL eliminator won't actually work if I put it in. The questions I guess I have are 1) does a CEL eliminator really work on a 2011 tC and 2) is there any way that instead of putting on a CEL eliminator that I could just add myself a second catalytic converter? Thanks for the help guys!

I had a catless header on my previous car with a cel eliminator wired in. Worked well and threw no codes. Just put a high flo cat donw stream so that you can still pass emissions. You could always get a Dezod Green Header and save yourself the time and fab work.
