Will a 2012 Scion tc pass inspection with Injen Short Ram Intake in Texas?

It's not legal for the tc2 in cali. Everything here is illegal pretty much lol but most cops don't even care unless your car's making a s*** ton of noise. Besides, over at cali, hondas that all riced out are usually the ones getting pulled over.
