Has anyone installed a light in their hatch??

I have a 2012 tC and I cannot see ANYTHING in my hatch/trunk when it is dark outside. I leave for work when it is dark and I get home when it's dark so I've decided I need a light back there.

I've been trying to find a pressure switch.. but might end up going with just a normal toggle.

Anyone have advice before I take this on? Or has anyone actually done it?

Isn't there already a light on the side of the trunk that you can turn on and off?

 

Mine is a 2012 as well, you should have a light on the driver side. Not the brightest but you can wire a bright Cree LED like I did.
