Default Ipod cuttting off?

I searched and couldn't find anything already posted on this.

I have the upgraded pioneer with the upgraded software issue fixed. My problem occurs when I have my ipod playing.. And I have the car in drive.

Ok so when I go to put the car in reverse or park ,either one, the ipod disconnects and it defaults to either the cd or radio if I have no cd in.

It's not that big of a deal just a bit of a p.i.t.a. at times. Any body else?

do u have any other mods?

i noticed something similar happens to me (i have an aftermarket radio though) sometimes ever since i had my HIDs installed. i think it has something to do with the HIDs drawing a lil more power than usual and yea

Try a different Ipod cable to eliminate that being the issue. If that is fine pop the panel off surrounding your shifter and aux inputs and verify the harness is clipped in snug.

I find when troubleshooting ipod issues 9/10 times it is the ipod or the customers cable.

I Don't have any hid's installed yet. They are still sitting in the box. The only thing electrical that I have installed since I bought the car is the illuminated door sills.
