IPOD help
Got a 2011 tC with the base Pioneer stereo. I got the cord for usb interface with my IPOD and it says "device error". Tried a new IPOD and it worked, so the stereo is ok. My IPOD is an old mini, it appears that the stereo only supports the new ones.
SO my question is, am I out of luck? Is there any adapter that will allow me to control my IPOD witht he stereo? Was looking foward to this feature, bummed out. Of course I can listen to the IPOD throught he audio jack, but having the controls in the stereo would be so much cooler...

I've got an iPhone 3g and I do get the 'connection error' every once in a while. Unplugging and replugging the phone works. I had it bum out once during play though.. where the error message showed again.
Although a nice feature, I'm not too keen on it. I opted for manual iphone control because of the stereo suddenly streaming music via bluetooth although the phone's connected via USB.. ??
