Cool My Leathers

Here are my heated leather seats. They are dealer installed but they did ask me my choice of colour and stitching. I chose to go with dark charcoal grey leather and stitching that most closely resembles my MGM paint job. Anyway, I am extremely happy with the choices and the quality

PS they also put leather on the side arm rest panels and the back seats are all leather too but not heated.

1975 CAD before tax but i recieved top trade in value for my truck, a bit cheaper price on the car and free scion tC all weather rubber floor mats and a free cargo cover lol

Last edited by DermalsNmohawks; Mar 7, 2013 at 06:24 AM. Reason: never mind, the all weather mats are included with the carpet ones.

Ya, Canada and USA have many different options

Canada has DTRL, rear wiper and mudguards as standard but we do not have TPMS (even as an option)
Canada also does not have the lower body graphic, carbon fibre b pillar, cargo tray, illuminated door sills, interior light kit and auto dimming rear view mirror as options. Canada also has no sway bar option but a front strut brace option instead. Canada also has a bonjovi acoustic DPS option but the USA does not.

Although we have the same colours as the USA, some of the Canadian names are different.
Alpine White
Classic Silver Metallic
Magnetic Grey Metallic
Cement Grey Metallic
Black
Sizzling Crimson Mica
Nautical Blue Metallic

Canada also offers a block heater and a hood deflector as accessories while the USA does not. The USA also offers a rear bumper applique while canada does not.
Some other things which are different are the check engine light in the dash, the USA version has a picture of and engine with the word check in the middle but canada only has a picture of an engine with no check text.

PS can a mod maybe make a sticky thread of the differences between Canadian vs American scions? It would help inform people who go across borders to buy these vehicles. Thanks

Alaska scion offers block heaters lol.
I'd rather have the check engine word gone but that's nitpicking things.

Well, we should make it a sticky then.

Anyway what does everyone think of the seats/my choice of colour and stitching?

I also think Canadian tC's have a low windshield washer fluid light on the cars but USA ones do not.

I really like those seats! I wish they had them here in the US. What color options were available? I assume the colors available are meant to compliment the paint on the car.

I created a list that I'm sure is not 100% complete and I'm not sure if it is 100% accurate either. The info is pretty difficult to find at 2:30 in the morning, lol!

Anyone, please feel free to add to this list:

'tC2 CA'
Heated leather seats
DTRL
rear wiper
mudguards (standard)
bonjovi acoustic DPS
block heater
hood deflector
Engine light w/o 'check'
low windshield washer fluid light
Power-Adjustable Heated Mirrors

'tC2 US'
TPMS
lower body graphic
carbon fiber b pillar
cargo tray
illuminated door sills
interior light kit
auto dimming rear view mirror
Sway bar
rear bumper applique
Engine light w/ 'check'
Paint protection film
Cargo tote

'Zelas'
Shelf spoiler
Toyota badges
'Zelas' badge
