Default trying to install navi headunit

sorry if this sounds a little confusing but....

I was going to attempt to put in my pioneer avic710 the other day but felt like i came into a few problems. When I connected the wiring harness up, the wires seemed like the matched up horribly, it looked like the ground/illum/ignition were matching up to the speaker wires. Anyone run into this problem? If so, do i just more the pins around? I always had plug and plays when I bought harness's.
On metras website it says i have the right harness.

Also, I've noticed there are a few extra harnesses that don't seem like they're going to plug into anything once I install the pioneer avic. are they just the steering control and usb harness's maybe?

Thanks

hmm.. that looks like the right harness... illumination should be orange, ignition should be red, and ground should be black..
