Default Water on Back Seat Floor..

Looking for a little help and direction. My 2011 tC seems to have a water leak of some kind. My back seat floor on the drivers side is soaked.
I put a towel down to dry it up thinking maybe something spilled but it continues to get wet. It's only on that part of the floor.

Any ideas where the leak could be coming from?

No fluids are from inside the car, only thing is fuel pump in rear seat but you would be smelling fuel.
someone poured water or spilled it back there. let it dry

The other option is make sure your seat screws are fully tightened, they go all the way through the unibody and could allow water in that gets kicked up and into the car.

Default Same problem in my 2012 tC

It's been pouring down rain lately and the floor on the back passenger side had a puddle of water. This is more than a spill or just some water getting in from underneath. The car was in the parking lot overnight and we had a couple of storms come through. There was so much water that it was a puddle. I think I am just going to have to take it to the car wash while it is dry and conduct an experiment to see where it is coming from bc there are so many possibilities.

Check the sunroof drains. A trick to clean them out is to use weed-whacker line, and run it down the drain until you see it come out the bottom end. I do it every 3 months for my truck.

I haven't had the car in a while but the issue ended up being that the A/C line on the passenger side was unplugged so the A/C water was just pouring into the floor. It didn't make sense at first because i only noticed it in the back but it was all over.
I took the seats out and the carpeting and just let it all dry. threw a ziptie around drain hose and didn't have any problems. Keep an eye out for that little bugger. It was a poor design choice.
