Default 12' Cement tC2 build ---

I bought the car in April of 2012, when I had it for about 3 months I lowered it on Tein s-tech's. I then decided to plasti dip my wheels PINK for the time being before I had the money to buy wheels... and now I finally got wheels!

Next: Coilovers!

I am now riding on BBS RS reps, 17x9 +22 all the way around, 5mm spacers in the front, and wrapped in 205/45.

I have somewhat of a wheel gap now from going down a size in wheels and not having a meaty tire.. but my coilovers are on the way, and I will end up getting a meatier tires as well.

Anyway, here are some pictures of my work now!

Thanks for all the love..

I actually ended up ordering Racelands, and they didn't drop my car as much as I wanted. I am going to be looking into modding my suspension set up to go much lower. I am also looking at getting a set of Rotiform BLQ's. We will she though.

SuperWhiteTCOwner -- My s-tech's have about 3k miles on them. They're in great condition, except that I cut half a coil off the rears to make the car sit level. So, if you are interested in them still PM me.

Is the front lip plasti dipped? If so, how did you get around the sides? Sorry if my questions seems vague.

@zero90 --- yes I dipped my front bumper. Although it isn't like this anymore. I have removed all plasti dip from my car. I assume you're asking how I got straight lines? I taped it off with painters tape, sprayed about 3-4 coats(or until even) very quickly and then pulled the painters tape off before the dip dried. If you wait too long the dip will come off with the tape. You have to be pretty persistent.. Took me a few tries to get it right. Hope this helps!

Alright, sweet deal, I'll give this a go Saturday morning. Installing my OEM audio plus as well! Going to be one happy camper this weekend haha! How come you removed it? Looked very nice.

I don't know, I honestly felt like it was starting to get overplayed with tC2's. :/ Decided to go the more simple and clean route.

I barely see any tC2's around my area, so I can rock it haha. I see what you're saying though.

Yea, I'm just doing small mods at the moment, nothing too major. I want a body kit, mainly looking at nia front lip with the rest five ad, or the racing solutions rs front lip. I also want the Ark exhaust and more. So far I just have OEM Audio +, plasti dipped front lip, emblems with the rear having the checkered look, and the scion sticker letters on the plasti dip for the front and rear emblems. I also have redline stitching shift boot, e-brake boot, and armrest. I have the supertek short shifter and I just got a short shifter assembly which I'm finishing up on install tomorrow. I also switched out some of the dome lights to LED.

was finally able to get my car sitting much lower after quite a bit of research. removed multiple things from my suspension and got about another 1.5 or so inches in drop. I am extremely happy with how much more it was dropped. I have no wheel gap whatsoever, and am tucking tire everywhere. Now, I have to order camber bolts for the front.. rubbing pretty bad. I also rolled my fenders.

just curious - why do you feel the need to go so low on this car?
