I really dig the front end.

 

Looks nice.. were the grilles already black or did you painted them black?

 

Just missing a huge front mount now lol. Looks good man.

 

They can from Fig Engineering already gloss black. Here is a pic of the satin set.

I liked the look of the gloss black better. It seemed to really set of the color of the car. Oh, in the pic of the satin, the white bar across the top of the lower grill is just the styrofoam shock absorber.

 

I definitely like the black better but you still needz teh boooost! lol J/K keep it up man. Lookin' good.

Black is better. Looking at those pics also made me think about the headlights. Those are much better headlights too. A projector headlight without a B-cup.

 

The look somewhat similar to the TSX headlights.

Congrats on your new ride! I just picked up my 2011 tC last weekend. Same color too.

Unfortunately for the car, I commute 100+ Miles a day. Fortunately for me, I get to drive my new tC a lot!

I too have been very lightfooted and safe whilst braking in the engine. I will say that I have taken a few corners here and there and I really enjoy the ride. So far, I am in love with it. No one in my area has one that I know of so that is an added bonus.

Let me know how your new ride is going and if you have any insiders info. And I really like the grill you installed, where did you get it?

There is still a slight double-bubble raised area on the headlight.

 

I see that. but it flows with the light. Unlike the whole boob thing on the 08-10tc

 

^ Yeah, I wasn't a huge fan of that when I first saw them. I like my 07 RS3/Spec's. I've got eyelids now so you can't tell but without them, it looked way better.

 

Did you pull the foam out when you installed the black ones?

 

Yes, I removed the shock absorber, trimmed the area that the grill covered and reinserted the shock absorber back in it's place. PM me your email if you would like a complete write up from start to finish. Your other part already come in?
