Check engine and Vehicle Stability Control light randomly?
So I was at a stoplight yesterday and when I looked down, my check engine light and the VSC (which only comes on briefly when I take a corner quick) were lit up. They stayed on when I parked and I had to undo the battery for about 5 minutes to reset it. I haven't ever seen the VSC stay lit up, it just flickers on and then back off. Anyone ever have this?
Since I took off the negative terminal and let it sit, it hasn't come back on today.

You have to drive it to go through the cycle. I forget how long it is for these cars but if you drive like 100 miles you should be able to tell if it comes back on or not. The only thing I can think of was that the AEM CAIs were originally known to cause the CEL. If it comes back on, go get the code read then let us know whats up.

As said above, you have a CAI. They're very known for causing a P0101 and P0102 code which is just a bad reading by the MAF. That code causes the VSC to stay on as well as the CEL. If it comes on again, you can contact AEM about getting a new module for your CAI and they'll ship you a new one that won't give you codes.
