I used these on mine, super easy install and perfect fit...

Metra 95-8202 Dash Kit
Metra 70-1761 Wire Harness

Here's where I Bought it
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150603893243&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT&vxp=mtr#ht_2965wt_1167
For steering wheel controls

Metra ASWC Kit
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160560647261&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT&vxp=mtr#ht_2535wt_1167
and harness for that so you just plug and play the aswc kit, if not you'll have a bit of a hard time connecting the steering wheel kit

I can't speak on the pioneers, but I have a kenwood DD and the metra kits have fitment issues because of the location of the mounting holes on the sides of the HU. Like huge gaps and sticks the unit out a mile. I then ordered the scocshe kit that kidjustin used and with the trim/filing mods he did it looks great. Before I put it on though, I found a new kit scosche made specifically for our model year (and the 08 xB). It works for single or DD as the little pocket is removable. The pro to this kit is that it replaces the metal bracket and instead of having pre-located holes to mount to the HU, you can see it is adjustable in the pic below, so you can slide the HU as far in or out as you want in order to completely flush it. And because the sides adjust it would work equally well for any brand HU. The only con is that it's a little pricey @ $30 where you can get the old scosche one kidjustin has for like $10-12.

veryyy interesting. i like the adjustable part. maybe once it gets out there more, like on ebay or something, and it becomes cheaper. i might replace mine with this one.
