Default G2 caliper paint on RS 7

Very impressed with the G2 custom caliper paint... it was a perfect match!

Thanks guys... it's super easy just need a little patience, the paint covers great and there's enough for 3 coats!!

Yo SkillFreeJake... lol I like your build thread, was it easy to take off the front bumper skin? I want to do that so I can properly put the LED light strips on the headlamp assembly. I have them on already but it's not perfect since it's pretty tight. I'll get a new set and do it right!!

And Yo dude lol... No impostor here...I was hear first... lol

Lol I'm only teasing you.

Yeah the bumper was pretty easy to take off, all you need to do is take off about 6 screws and put in a little elbow grease, and it comes off fairly easily.

This video is pretty good on showing you how to -

That paint on the calipers looks good! Did you take them off completely or did you just take off the wheels and mask off everything else?

When I painted mine I removed the pads and covered everything else with newspaper. I used grey primer then waited for it to dry followed by 3 coats of red and finally a light coat of gloss. It took up 1 day for the 2 front.
