Hid blew fuse in car
So this morning I installed a HID kit for my 2011 TC. Before I strapped everything down to make it look clean, I tested to make sure that the bulbs/ballasts worked and they did...It looked great. So I ziptie'd the wires together and mounted the ballasts and I turned them back on and nothing worked...So I went back to my factory bulbs and I noticed that the driver side headlight wouldnt work, I checked my connections and everything was fine.
I checked the fuses and noticed that the one for the driver side was blown so I put a new one in and everything worked fine.. Why is this happening ? I'm using a relay harness. (I know nothing about electrical units) but shouldnt the fuse in the relay harness have blown ?
I would really like to hook up my hids but Im not going to do it again just to have the fuse in the car blow again.

Something was wired wrong on the HID's. OR more likely a positive wire touched a ground somewhere when you zip tied it.

Thanks and yeah that probably was it, that I ziptied a positive near a ground. I gave it another shot this morning and everything is fine they look good
