Default How long before you can drive it home?

Hey guys, been a long time since I last posted. Since 2007 actually if I remember correctly.

Anyways! My question is how long will it take for the dealer to prep and install accessories on a new tc before I can take it home? I'm buying one next month when I'm going to be visiting my family for the holiday. It kind of is a hassle to buy a car "out of town", but they've always treated me and my family very well, so I'd prefer to purchase from them.

My only free day to do so would be on a Saturday, and I'm pretty sure all car dealers are closed on Sundays. So what's the experience some of you have had when buying a car with a load of accessories? I planned on getting fog lights, security system, spoiler, etc, all stuff that I'd rather let them handle the install of.

you can call the dealer and tell them exactly what you want and they can order it for you by the time you get there even if you just want to test drive it =)

Would I have to put money down for them to do such work? I am dead serious about this purchase, but am waiting until mid December. It would be nice if they had one ready to go for me the day I bought it.

I am going to visit that dealer on November 24th to talk about a small loan since I have most of the money in cash already. Maybe I can ask them about my options for all this that same day.

You can usually buy the car and drive it home same day. At this time you can set a date to bring the car back in to have the accessories installed.
