Just bought a 2012 scion
Hey guys, I just bought a 12 scion any upgrade recommendations? Rims, cold air intake or anything like that. I don't want to go crazy with it because its still my daily driver, I don't want to lower it either. But any upgrade ideas would be awesome.
Rims- are fine, cold air intake- unneeded and could throw codes. Better to leave as is, better mpg without it.
speakers? OEM is nice, but the stock speakers arent bad either, nothing is "needed" its just wants.
I wanted heated leather seats, so i installed heated seats, and got clazzios leather seat covers. That was my main pet peeve are the quality of the seats and undesireable look of the patterns i disliked it. Can always remove the seat covers later, and can always unplug the heaters later lol, neverk now they are there *in the seat* If you are worried about losing value, try to pay it off first so you aren't wasting $ on interest, that saved $ from avoiding interest can pay for most likely all the mods you want/want to do in future!.

Thanks a lot. I was thinking about the rims. I was interested in the xxr527 rims but the width is 8.75 and the stock rim is 7.5. A guy told me id have to stretch the tire or lower it to make it look right but im not a fan oh either. What rim would you recommend?
its the eibach sportline kit so i think its 1.3" front to 1.7" rear, with this wheel setup theres absolutely no rub in the front crank to crank, no rub in the rear either, even on bumps and dips. The ride isnt too different with the springs, you can obviously feel the road bumps a little more, isnt too stiff, ive been in cars that just feel like you come to a dead stop its so stiff but this is nothing like it, no real huge difference, just feel road imperfections easier
