just bought a 2014 scion tc monogram
Put 5k down and paying 430 a month for 5 years, comes with the wear and tear warranty, and 10 year bumper to bunper also it's white and auto trans. I'll be posting pics once I pick it up ;)
As did I. And I never had to use one single thing luckily, but it's stupid not to have it. Anyways, I'm just saying, whether a problem is monetarily covered or not, that doesn't matter, it's still the fact that you have a problem.
Judging by the context, I'm going to guess that the ATXs have issues and with some of them, it's not a matter of if they'll break, but when. You might think "oh, I have this great warranty, so if I have problems, that's fine," but once you start having those problems, that attitude will change. Major issues like that suck, and even if they're fully covered, it's still really annoying and a PITA to have them.
A lot of people have reported them being super noisy and generally sounding like they're about to explode. The dealer often tells them its normal but people who have pushed the issue and gotten it fixed or the whole tranny replaced. I don't think there is one agreed upon cause but a host of different issues. I also don't think I've seen anyone saying that one has actually let go but still ____ty when its a new car.
