Just An Old Retired "Build Thread"..

Don't do it!! These are the EXACT ones I tried.
Don't get me wrong, when I took them out of the packaging they inspired confidence. They have nice build quality and weight to them.
They put up a fight when I went to squeeze them. I finally felt my hand closing and thought, "holy ____ this is actually about to work!" Then I took them off and felt that the hanger didn't even budge over the flange. Looked at the pliers and noticed the gap between then pin pusher and the fork was larger than it was when I got them. Realized then that it was over.
The Lisles are definitely a quality product, but as it says on the packaging they are made for RUBBER hangers.

The sound is similar to the stock, but mildly amplified and more aggressive. Growly. It makes me feel kind of like how a G35 driver would feel: "My car isn't TRYING to sound aggressive...it just does...from the factory". It lets people know that you have a little pep without making you look like some douche trying to draw attention.
And it doesn't drone/resonate in the cabin either. It's kind of best of both worlds...adding sound to the exhaust and keeping it OUTSIDE the car.
I need to get two new TS hangers though. I'm using the stock rubbers for the rear two hangers and it shakes so ugly.

All the exhaust hangers need is a bit of WD-40 sprayed and some muscle, just pulled one off to put one more OEM hanger back. The exhaust removal tool worked fine, and the one I posted is what I have.
The aftermath lol

My drive to work early tomorrow morning is going to enable me to get a better feel for it.

Let us know what you think of the pulley once you get it on!
And I didn't know what went into commercial shipping until I started my current job. I was going to post a link to a video of UPS/FedEx destroying packages, but well, I couldn't find any videos that were out of the ordinary. Glad your stuff made it in one piece!
