Nice tc! Decal has air bubbles tho in first pic.

 

Nice so far, have you done any suspension/engine mods yet?

 

Between the decal and the ride height, i'd say he has H techs on it.

I've got Tein H-Techs on it right now, but they were only on the front in these pics. lol Damn bubbles, Gone!

 

Yeah I had a 2006 tC before this one I was kinda forced to get this one though. I had a cop pull out in front of me and total my old one, I had just finished my killer glass and valve cover cover paint too. Cop jumped out and said I ran a red light, luckily for me I had a witness and the Highway Patrol knew it was the cops fault. Still miss it though.

Killer glass is supposed to have a lifetime warranty. So if you got in a wreck and the part was damaged, they should replace it. Maybe you could see if they would swap out for the tC2 tube. I know they have one available because they offered it to me at the Scion Exposed 8 event.

which bulbs did you use to replace the stock ones for the speedometer?

 

There are no bulbs, the lighting for the gauge cluster is controlled by LEDs, PLCC2 LEDs to be exact. Changing these along with the rest of the LEDs is called an LED swap. PM me if you need more info, or just general info about swapping.

 

Hey where did you get those grilles? I've been looking here: http://www.customtc.com/2011billetgrille.htm but i'm not sure how it'll look on my black tc.

 

They are Fig Grilles and should be on the fig site soon. IMO billet looks horrible on tCs

 

 

Are you the same KennyD from toyota nation with the Camry? or is the name just a coincidense (sp?)?

 

why do you have a hydroshield on the intake when its in your engine bay? the hydro shield is for when the car is in a spot where water will soak the filter. thats probably just restricting airflow and hurting performance..... fyi.

 

Been away from the boards a bit, installed my Descendant exhaust, put in a second reverse light and finished installing my Teins. I'll post some pics up soon.

@ Enzie, No im not the same Kenny D I post as Bloodborn on some other forums though.

@davedavetC I have the Hydroshield on because it looks great and was free, as far as air restriction goes...have you ever seen one of these things? It's not holding back airflow maybe some pollen or such, just as an FYI.
