Here is my 2012 TC2 I just got it a week ago and got the windows tinted so far. I can already tell you right now there is a lot to come with this car! Im 22 y/o stationed out here in San Antonio. Thats enough for now!

I never went to the Inn. I went straight from basic to Keesler and never looked back! A good buddy of mine is now stationed at Lackland though.

Don't mean to thread jack but is the such a large army/military/etc scion community just because of the military rebate? Same for college grads, cause of the college rebate?

 

Don't know that it has to do with the rebate. I was ready to buy mine and didn't know the rebate even existed. My theory is the percentage of military Scion owners is the same as any other brand, it's just a high percentage are on the forums. Why? Because for many military members, moving every year or two is normal and often one's car is the most valuable thing you keep. You change houses, areas, even friends, coworkers (and sadly spouses) all the time. Your car is about all that goes with you. Mix in a great Scion community and military are drawn to the forums.

For me it was all about the car. I had my own financing, so I did not get the military rebate, but no way was Toyta going to beat or even match my crazy good rate USAA gave me. Not with my wife on the loan...
