Yo where did you get the rear bar from?

 

kinda hard to tell from that photo but how exactly is it mounted?
Use strut bolt to seat it or weld it?
I wonder how hard it would be to Fab up a piece to cover that hole. Maybe a two piece lip style plastic could go over the bar nicely.
