Well the brake calipers went great looks really really good!!



Installed the gauges the water one didn't have the right bolt have to go get later. 2 out of 3 isn't bad though lol

 

So this weekend I'm going to do the the DIY HD LIP with the soft foam but I wanted to get some feedback if anyone ever attempted to do maybe some side skirts and a rear. I'm thinking of doing a whole lip kit with the soft and rubber garage stuff let me know what your opinions are

 

That's a good idea. I wonder how it would look. I think that might look alright. Post pics if/when you do it.

 

I think thats a great idea! Looks like you will be the first as well. Maybe on the side skirts, use a thicker plastic material though cause that area gets beat up by all the rocks your front tires kick up. The softer foam you pretty much have to use on the front and rear to get it to conform. My front lip still looked ok when I took it off, but there was a few rash spots that accumulated over 3 months. You would think the harder plastic wouldn't show stuff like that as much.

 

Ya I was def thinking the same that it would be nice and give it that extra inch or so around giving it a more dropped look then it already has. But for sure Saturday have to find a different brass fitting for the water temp gauge and doing the lip kit as well.

 

Well I def do want to do something first but give everyone a look at maybe something to add to their cars I know it would look really really good on the super white and cement tc2
