Super Storm Sandy (That B****)
So i've had my 2013 tC for a bout a month, and today was the first day i got to vacuum it. Never really inspected my car (especially since super storm sandy)..that, and because its been so cold in NY. And today I did a walk around for any scratches and such after cleaning the inside. I got to my front bumper, and i noticed my bottom grill was popped out a bit. I sit down to pop it back in and as i got closer, i noticed that the bottom portion of the bumper (below the grill) was literally cracked in half down the middle.
. It's small, its not really noticeable unless you actually look at it, but I know its there and its eating me up. Any recommendations on how to fix this without, I'm guessing, having to buy a new whole new front bumper? What would you guys do?
This really could've have happen at anytime...but with all the ice and stuff a few days after that storm, it would make sense because snow/ice was the only thing to touch the bottom portion of my car that could've broken it.

Get a front lip. Personally I would just leave it because once something else happens you don't care until it looks terrible. I had a raccoon run out in front of me not long after I got my car, and it messed everything up. I was able to put it back together to look presentable, and since it's taken a beating from other animals and a retread semi tire that a car decided to run over and spit out right in front of me on the highway. Sure it looks like "crap" but the cost of replacement isn't worth the risk of having to keep repairing it... Well at least where I live because I live in the "country". Animals try and commit suicide on a daily basis
You guys are awesome for the suggestions. Every time i walk to my car I look at the front, and I see its definitely there...but its really not noticeable unless you look close....It's weird how it split right down the middle like that but it happens I suppose. Hopefully it stays like that for now. It would be ridiculous to buy a new bumper just for that on specific thing....but you start thinking crazy when your new car gets a minor bump. lol
When I cracked my bumper I just superglued it. It could use a sanding and some touch up paint to look new but no one will really notice it. And I just plastidipped the scratch from the curb I cracked it on. You'll be fine dude just whatever you don't go through insurance or even bother to have a shop look at it. They will just tell you what they told me.. you can't bondo plastic and need a whole new bumper which is crazy $$$.
