So I was browsing the Scion site last night and came across the new tC 9.0 that they say is going to come out winter of 2015. It is by far one of the most different looking series car by far. I think it is a love it or hate it..

It's essentially the Harley Davidson Edition.



It's not bad, just wish they'd make a real front lip for once.

 

Exactly what I thought with the Harley Davidson! I wish they would do something with the lip as well. Looks exactly like my 2015 ;)

 

It has the tokyo drift look but only the look, no performance. Personal opinion is to either save the money and spend it on unique upgrades on the stock TC or buy an frs for 3k more.

 

i've seen it in person. its actually nicer than it looks that in pictures.

the interior is very nicely done. as well as other cool things about this car

but with that said, i wouldn't get it. i hate two-tone and i hate orange more.

(btw scion has done two-tone before...this specific one though its by the guy from Cartel Customs...look up the Snap-On iQ or the Chop Top FR-S)

 

I thought about making mine a two tone with black wrap, but after seeing this I wont be.

Scion and Delorean are starting to develop a few parallels in the way the companies were run. Scion sales are low, Delorean sales were also low. Delorean started allowing the cars to be painted after they left the factory in order to increase sales. Now, the TC has a new paint thyme that the company thinks will generate sales.

Since Scion is part of Toyota, we do not have to worry too much about drug deals by the CEO to keep the company a float. I just bought a 2015 Scion TC and did not investigate the business part of Scion before I bought the car, now I am getting worried I will not have parts. I guess I should start to worry about Scion when they start introducing Gull Wing doors.
