TRD
I couldn't agree more. Doesn't seem like much for 400.00+!
another pic right from the scion site. Oh and they call it a PAI, not a CAI.

you'll be surprised by how many enclosed intakes match up to the open ones as long as they are made by a reputable company. So far every intake here will drop HP on low end where you actually use it and add ~5HP at 5000 or 6000rpms which you never get to unless you enjoy fuel economy in the 10s. TRD actually boosts HP at every RPM and has a bypasss valve for water

1stOne and 2tCornot2tC both have the TRD intake.
And I haven't seen dyno numbers from the TRD intake, but I can't imagine it gaining any horsepower over the stock one at under 3K rpms.

I am leaning towards takeda and trd intakes. Although still lotta research to do.
It's a daunting tasks picking out the intake. New cars have pretty good ones already so gains from aftermarkets are marginal....I think we are due for a new passive intake technology of some sort...
