Default TRD Shift ****

Has anyone had any issues putting in the TRD Shift ****? I took the old one off and tried to put the new one on but it won’t screw on straight. I don’t want to keep trying cause the threads are only plastic any ideas?

Did you get it for the 2011 or the 2010 model?

That is in fact a 2011 shift ****. However it looks like it is not the TRD ****. Also just to clearify, do you have a manual or automatic vehicle? This part number is for a manual transmission. If you do have a manual transmission, then I would suggest taking it back to the dealership you got it from, and have them try to screw it on. If you are still having issues after that, maybe they can order you another one that doesn't have the problem.

I got it.... I was not seating it hard enough before I starting turning the **** to tighten it down. I just pushed it on and started turning and it bit so we are good to go. @ Ninerbud you are right its not a TRD **** I got confused cause I was looking at TRDSparks and I just assumed since it was called trdSparks that it was a TRD ****. It is infact a Razo GT Advance Shift ****. Thanks for the responces.
