Why was it closed???

I received an email today from Mike at Xtec and was told they will be sending my halo's. I had already said i do not want them and wanted a refund. I'll be posting a for sale thread if and when i receive them. Just FYI.

Because any discussion on customer service needs to be with them. They are not a sponsor here.

 

Fair enough, but just thought it would be nice for folks to see how many people got screwed by them. SL is not the only place people are complaining about them.

 

That's why I didn't delete the thread. Anyone can still read it and see what happened.

 

I guess they slipped under. A massive group buy was organized under your moderation.

 

I did not moderate anything. I can't control what happens on FB. But since you brought it up, don't worry nothing like this will happen in the future.

 

So what are we going to do about this?
