Default 2013 Megan lowering springs @ 1year

Just wanted to update you guys in case anyone is considering Megan lowering springs. I've had them on my car for almost a year and they've settled quite a bit. I'm at 24k miles and I am on stock struts and none are leaking and we have some bad roads down here! It's still tight and the drop is great. They've been on the car for about 15k miles.

Good review. That will help a lot of people when they search for Megan springs. Wish there were more of these. People just always post their issues instead.

Only thing I have to compare them to were my TRD's before this. These settled lower and are a good bit tighter. Less body roll vs TRD's not to mention cheaper.

Thanks for posting!
Would you recommend Eibach's alighment kit, and or Megan racing rear upper camber arms?

Never knew that eibach kit existed. I'd like to see it installed. WAY cheaper than arms from megan.

I'm probably going to at least get the Eibach kit for adjustibility, they are just for the front though. It seems like other than fabricating something for the rear the Megan racing upper control arms are the only option. I'll post back after the mod

You don't need the front ones unless ur totally slammed on coil overs. Lowering the front doesn't change that much camber wise. There's enough play in the stock suspension you can pretty l much 0 it out with any aftermarket spring.

What do you have them set at as far as height wise? How much lower can you go or can you go any lower?

I had considered the TRD's. I assume you prefer the Magan ones over those since you had them before? What would you estimate your drop at? Does it stay in alignment or is it necessary to purchase a camber kit?

This reply may be too late, sorry. They were a lot firmer than the TRD and had a lot less roll. Lower in the back for sure. These were just the springs paired with OEM struts. I didn't have a camber kit.
