He recommended me putting some whtie lithium grease. I will probably try all that when the rubbers come in. I wonder if there are better trouble free ways to drop the car - seems like noises seem to be a common issue. I never had any noise with my old car dropped on coilovers =/

Why are you guys replacing the insulators so often? I am on Tein's and I have yet to touch the insulators, that's over a year on the car with over 30k miles.

Tein doesn't have this problem. Must be a result of the different way the springs are wound. Tein is a constant spring rate. Eibach is progressive. That's just my shot in the dark though.

Just steve, I haven't put them on yet. I need to call Eibach soon, although I am getting used to the noise - some light music covers it very nicely

Tein S-techs are progressive and do have insulators, however, them being a hard plastic/rubber may be the reason they don't wear down.

Probably the best suggestion. I don't think OP got his installed at the dealer though. I think that changes the game. I believe TRD parts are only warranted when installed at the dealer.

Look at Tein's website. They specifically state that S-techs are progressive springs.
