Default Help with brake issue

A couple days ago I bumped the front right tire of my car on a curb (i was being dumb and over steering down a mountain). After this, the brake on the side that was hit is over clamping my rotor, I've already completely taken apart and cleaned the brakes and rotors and there doesn't appear to be any damage anywhere (axles, springs, rotor, caliper)(and the car will drive in a straight line). I believe that the piston in the brake has too much pressure in it?

If anyone else has a guess as to what could be causing this/how to fix it, any input would be appreciated.

also: the tire will spin when in gear, but only for a few seconds after i press and release the brake, after a couple seconds it will stop spinning even without the brake being depressed. If i press down on my brakes quickly and completely it causes, what i think is the engine, to shake more than what feels normal.
