Default Hotchkis Camber arm/kit?

Is anyone familiar with these? I got a alignment recently and my left wheel is -2.6 and my right wheel is -3.1. I was hoping these would fix it. Also how come I googled some camber shims and they were like $30 and these rear arms are like $300.
