Default Megan racing?

Has any one used Megan racing lowering springs on their TC2.
Their website says lowers the front and rear about 1.4".

The Tein S-Tech are the other lowering springs I was looking at.

Haven't seen anyone that has the Megan springs. If you read through the forums, I think Tein S-tech would be a more popular choice f/r: -1.5"/-1.8".

Ok, what is the difficulty level of changing springs out on a new TC? I've installed coil over sleeves on a 99 civic Si. Ik I'll need to compress the springs but is there anything different that I mite not expect or is it pretty straight forward ? Thanks

As long as you know how to compress the springs then you'll be good. I suggest having someone help.

Thumbs up

Megan racing springs on stock shocks and struts. Looks good and still driveable for the daily driver. I like it and it drives much nicer now.

I'm switching to coils but only have had my Eibach Pro-Kit's installed for about 3 months if your interested. I like the Eibach's a lot, they handle a lot better, but now I want to make the jump to coils, which will be coming next month.
They have maybe a tad bit more of a drop than the TRD's

Hey Jsche, can you post up some more pictures of your car? I'm thinking about getting the megan racing springs and I want to compare what it looks like with the tein stechs. Also when you say it drives much nicer now are you talking about the comfort of ride or the handling?

I'll post more pictures later today. I have a picture of how low it gets with three people in the car also haha. It's practically rubbing. But it's handles and the comfort is better. Goes over bumps smoother and takes corners much better
