Default Tein S Tech Woes Plz. Help

I have installed S-techs on my 2012 tc along with new shock, struts and adjustable camber arms. But I can't seem to get my alignment squared away. The main issue is the rear tires keep rubbing on the fender well and on very soft bumps my tires hit the screw holding the rear bumper and its shredding my new tires. If the camber is set to clear the screw they are tucked so bad that its tearing up my tires in no time. Currently im lookin for some time of spring booster/spacer to get .5-.75" lift to aid in aligning. But right now im at my wits end. I have stock wheel and OEM tire sizes. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for everyone's time.
