Default Weird Vibration

I have a 2012 Scion TC Automatic

I have a weird vibration that I cannot get rid off. Its most noticeable at 58-60mph but it feels like it happens all the time to some degree. I had 245/45/18 tires on it, and that got rid of the vibration up until 75mph and above. However, today I put the stock size back on the car and now its all the time and its at its worst between 58-60mph and kinda goes away the fast I get. Things that I have already had checked; Wheel Bearings, Tire Rods, Rims (nothing is bent) and my tires are fully balanced and nothing shows up as out of the ordinary when they are balancing them. When the car is at speed, I have put the car in neutral to see if maybe it was the engine vibrating and that makes no difference. I am completely out of ideas to check and the tire shop doesn't know what it could be either. Please help!

PS: I do not feel the vibration in the steering wheel at all.

I'd say check your CV joints and axle. Are you lowered? If so CV joints and axles are known weak points for low cars. If it doesn't get worse under braking, you may count out brakes. If you can't feel it through the steering wheel, it may be something in the rear. When was the last time you got an alignment- could be that too....
