Ordering my rims and tires tomorrow just want to make sure i have everything straight.

+45 offset
6.53 back spacing

245/40 R19 tires

Usually leave this up to my tire guy but im ordering online this time.

 

i relised that a 245/35 would be the better choice... Any input would be great thanks

 

i think you'd want 245/35/19's to keep the rolling diameter close to oem

I agree with Donsun on tire selection. Whatever you choose will be a 100% improvement over stock for sure.
The 19x8.5" wdth with +45 offset is my concern. Go wider, 9 to 9.5" on the rim or drop to a +30 or at least a +35 offset for 8.5" width. Check my pics in the new wheel thread to see what a 8.5" wide rim with +35 offset looks like. I kinda wish I had went with the +25 offset on mine now, not really worried about it though.

 

So I spent the better part of my weekend looking at wheels decided on one to only find out that there is none available and no idea when that is going to change. So here some back up choice let me know what you think probly not a lot your first choices lol. Rims for a black car were so much easier

 

i like the ones in the middle.
and whichever ones you picked im sure you can find them elsewhere. try ebay or google. and that should bring up alot more stores for you to choose from

Haha thats an exspensive experiment... ET 20 might be a bit much..ill think about it.. Im going to assume noone has done that as of yet? I think im going with the shine if its out of stock ill lose it

 

try looking for tuner/racing rims. the ones posted earlier look like luxury style rims. look kinda cheapy imo.

 

my new wheels are 18x8.75 with a +20 offset. wheels will be on friday!

not that I've seen....mostly 18x9.5 +35, +38. I think backinblack is going staggered 18's +20 thats the lowest I've seen in the threads, but I'm thinking a 19x9.5 +20 245/35/19 with the K-sport coils coming out would kill it.

but def go with the axis, the only tuner/racing rims I've seen with that deep a lip are volks, advan rs-d, etc. that cost 3k

and the lowest ive seen is a 18x9.5 with +15 offset. in the metallic gray thread. but they stick out too much for my taste

 

Found some on tirerack best price yet and they have 1 set in stock... But since im in Canada shipping and duty brings the total to 1688.. Unless anyone can suggest a cheaper alternative im going for it so i can move on to the next things i need for my car.
