I have used a few tires for my tc1 falken, bridge stone, toyo. Right now I'm running the kuhmho ecsta asx. The tire compound on them are soft and ride a bit scary with rain. The noise and comfort is fair considering the price. They also wear pretty evenly good for highway driving. If the tires are still OK or wearing out from the insides you can flip the tire around and drive on the good side for a little bit before buying new tires. You can even get some used tires for the time being

I bought my tires around 50k. I ended going with Yoko yk580. Car feels great with them on and they do well in the rain. Way better than stock. I don't remember if they had a 45k or a 50k warranty on them.

I loved my DWS tires on my TC1. Decent traction even with a turbo. No road noise from what I remember. Sold them so I dunno how the tire wear was. Only had em a little over a year
