Default Rotor Rust anyone?

I was looking at the 2011 TCs at the dealership and all of them have rusted rotors. It spoils the look of the car. Does anyone have that problem? Does the rust come off if you drive it for a bit and apply breaks?

Yes, it happens all the time to new cars and old cars. My rotors are "rusted" right after a car wash. When you apply the brakes the slow the car down the rust will come off.

It's because the rotors are bare metal, look into zinc rotors and drop some pretty pennies if it bothers you.

your first stop will take the zinc right off...stainless steel is the only way keep the rust off...by stainless steel, I mean a high inkle content in the metal.
